One of our favorite parts of these weather enclosures is that they’re made with Sunbrella brand fabrics, available in a variety of colors, patterns, and textures to fit your style. Sunbrella creates premium products that have high reputations among influential trade audiences, such as designers, architects, and consumers.

Sunbrella provides excellent sun protection from the sun’s harmful rays. Though they protect from the sun, these fabrics also allow air to pass through them, making them comfortable and breathable.

Sunbrella is UV and fade-resistant. The fibers of Sunbrella are saturated with highly UV stable pigments. The dye in Sunbrella fabrics is woven into the fabric rather than added as an exterior color like traditional methods. This helps the color remain for long periods of time rather than wear off like an applied finish. This unique coloring process also conserves more water than the traditional dyeing process.

Sunbrella fabrics are mold and mildew-resistant. They’re also bleach-cleanable since the color goes to the core of the fiber. Because Sunbrella lasts longer than traditional fabrics, they create less waste.

Care Instructions

Keeping your enclosure clean is simple! Just hose fabrics off on a monthly basis with clear water to help prevent dirt from becoming deeply embedded into the fabric and eliminate the need for more frequent deep cleanings. For light cleanings, brush off loose dirt with a soft brush and hose down. Utilize a cleaning solution of water and a mild detergent (Woolite or Dawn) and apply with a soft bristle brush. Rinse thoroughly and air dry.

A deep clean will usually be necessary every two to three years. Sunbrella fabrics can be cleaned while remaining on the cart or they can be removed and machine washed if size permits. When machine washing, remember to always use a mild detergent (Woolite or Dawn) and wash in cold to lukewarm water. Rinse thoroughly and air dry only.

If stains remain, utilize a diluted chlorine bleach/detergent mixture for spot cleaning.
